启用电子件PCN专用收集邮箱 PCN@kaifa.cn

尊敬的电子件供应商:

       为了便于电子件制造商原厂的变更通知 PCN 及时送达， 我司设置了专用收集邮箱  PCN@kaifa.cn。 从即日起， 当供应商所供我司的电子标准件（非定制件）的制造商变更通知PCN，请务必及时发至我司专用邮箱PCN@kaifa.cn，以便及时评估对我司产品的影响。 如因变更未通知或因通知不及时而导致的我司产品质量、交付、客诉等问题，将由供应商根据双方签署的质量协议承担责任， 敬请各供应商知悉并配合！

                                                                                 Dedicated PCN collection mailbox , PCN@kaifa.cn,  for electronic parts

Dear electronic parts supplier,

         To ensure the timely delivery of the original PCN (Product Change Notice),  Kaifa sets up a dedicated mailbox, PCN@kaifa.cn,  for PCN collection. From now on, please send the  PCN of  Kaifa purchasing electronic standard parts  (non-customized parts)   to this dedicated mailbox, PCN@kaifa.cn, once PCN issued.  So that Kaifa can evaluate the impact of the PCN to  Kaifa’s products in time.If any quality, delivery, customer complaint or other issues caused by no notice or untimely notice of PCN,  the suppliers would bear the responsibility according to the quality agreement signed by both parties.  Appreciate your attention and cooperation !   Thanks!
